Trapense Building Santiago de Chile

Residential and commercial project in Santiago, Chile

A mixed-use project that is born from the place, understanding its urban and natural complexity. Located to the east of Santiago de Chile, the proposal combines contemporary housing and commercial spaces in a compact but light complex that adapts to the environment and activates it.

The volumetry, although dense, is lightened by facades worked on a human scale, which generate rhythm, depth and visual dialogue with the immediate surroundings. This strategy not only softens the impact of the complex, but also reinforces its urban character and its relationship with the pedestrian.

Inspired by the garden building concept, the project incorporates native vegetation, green patios and noble materials, reinforcing its landscape integration and connection with the surrounding nature.

The living spaces are oriented towards comfort, with open interiors, private terraces and unobstructed views, while the commercial area is articulated on the first floor, activating urban life and bringing dynamism to the neighborhood.

The result is a functional, sustainable and balanced architecture that enhances its context without imposing it. A project designed to promote quality of life, local identity and a way of living connected to the environment.
