Hesperia Tower L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona)

Barcelona’s new skyline

Located in the Bellvitge residential district of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Hesperia Tower is an example of a modern hotel that is part of a clear process of urban regeneration.

It is the new flagship for the Hesperia chain and is a cutting-edge skyscraper with a dual social-urban role that generates growth and territorial planning around it.

Hotel Hesperia Tower is a building that has already been incorporated into Barcelona’s new skyline and metropolitan area. Its 105-metre, 29-storey tower, topped by an impressive, futuristic looking glass dome, is already a visual icon in the city.

The hotel has 280 deluxe rooms, 12 duplex suites with hot tubs in their bedrooms, 7 executive suites and a presidential suite. It also has a multipurpose, adaptable convention and congress centre, an innovative sports club and a high-end urban spa, as well as housing the new headquarters for Hesperia Hotels in an adjoining building.

The externalisation of all its vertical communication elements, as well as its installation courtyards, frees up the floor plan for maximum use and converts these elements into dynamic sculptures. Highly complex technological construction solutions, such as the dome of its Evo restaurant, cable-stayed glass atrium and suspended slabs on floors 2 and 4, add to the overall quality of the complex.

Hotel Hesperia Tower is a modern hotel located in a strategic enclave at the entrance to Barcelona, and just a few minutes from the city’s airport and port. A building of major architectural value that has already become a landmark in the city’s new skyline and surrounding area.
