Garbí Residential Complex

Located in the heart of Sant Adrià, Residential Garbí is a project comprising 75 units designed to offer flexibility, comfort and a sense of community. Spread across three blocks, the homes share communal areas designed to foster a sense of community: multipurpose rooms, terraces, a solarium and a swimming pool. This creates an environment where every resident can enjoy leisure time and socialising.

The homes' design combines functionality and adaptability, with one-, two- and three-bedroom units catering to various needs, from young families to groups of students. Each home is designed to maximise natural light and connection with the outdoors through spacious rooms, terraces and balconies. This project has a BREEAM Good certification.

Most of the two-bedroom homes are contained within the two square blocks, which are organised around a central core that creates two large vertical openings in the façades, providing light and cross ventilation. This architectural approach optimises interior space and gives the façades a contemporary and elegant look that is in harmony with the urban environment.
