Kora Mostra is a residential and cultural project located on Avenida Carrilet in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona. Inspired by the industrial past of its site, it reinterprets this heritage through a sustainable and contemporary design, creating a dynamic space for today’s urban lifestyles.

Winner of an architectural competition, the project includes 253 flexliving apartments and shared spaces that foster community, creativity, and connection—values at the heart of a city in constant evolution.

The architecture blends noble, durable materials with an open, flexible layout that encourages interaction and wellbeing. Green terraces, communal zones, and co-living environments promote a balanced, social lifestyle while fitting naturally into the city’s transformation.
