A pair of houses on the Costa Brava

This project is located in Calonge, a charming town on the Catalan Costa Brava.
It is a set of two residential buildings with a total of 30 units, with two and three bedrooms.
Linked by a basement, the coexistence of the two buildings is emphasised by the play of light and shade created by the wide overhangs of the balconies and their wooden latticework on the red brick façades.
Among the drawings projected onto the facades, we can see the perspective of the spiral staircases that will allow users to access the roofs of the buildings from their homes.
The final proposal is an ensemble that stands out for its simplicity and elegance, and at the same time is perfectly adapted to the Mediterranean context.
