Space for small families

There are as many types of spaces as there are families. And in this development of 19 homes on Carrer Maignon in Barcelona's Gràcia neighbourhood, the aim was to create optimal rental spaces for small families. Homes designed with the aim of making maximum use of space, comfortable and with noble finishes and high durability.

The project, however, has 3 duplex flats with large terraces on the ground floor, and the rest of the flats have a standard layout.

The main façade, totally ‘dressed’ by a lattice of aged wooden slats, shows a changing face through its openable parts while adding a touch of privacy to the whole.

A project whose final result meets the objectives set, thus presenting an optimal, functional and aesthetic solution.
