Integration into the urban fabric

If there is one thing that characterises the urban fabric of Sabadell, it is the mixture of residential and industrial areas. This building of 24 flats distributed over three floors manages to integrate into this context in an easy and natural way.

The building has white brick façades that contrast with the dark-coloured carpentry elements and the shadows created by the recessed balconies.

The ground floor has an interior courtyard where the swimming pool, the communal solarium and the private terraces of the homes on this floor are located. All the homes have terraces or balconies and most of them have cross ventilation.
